Deidre Brown, PA-C
Deidre Brown is a board certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Originally from southern Illinois, she graduated Cum Laude from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry and Biology with a minor in Classics/Latin and Chemistry. She completed her Physician Assistant studies at Saint Louis University in 2013, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Medical Science Degree. She was also elected into Pi Alpha, The National Honor Society for Physician Assistants and Alpha Eta Society, The National Allied Health Honor Society in 2013.
Deidre practices general Dermatology including diagnosing and treating skin rashes, acne, eczema, psoriasis, warts and other childhood skin diseases, and performs preventative skin cancer screenings. Prior to joining Dermatological Care, Deidre practiced in Internal Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and their rescue Boston Terrier, Duke. Deidre’s hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, frequenting the Missouri Botanical Gardens, exploring new places in St. Louis, and working on endless projects in her and Dan’s first home. Deidre is a former collegiate cheerleader. Deidre is a member of the Society of Dermatological Physician Assistants (SDPA), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants (MOAPA).
